Matthew Byrne has over 20 years experience in all aspects of commercial real estate and construction management. As a licensed real estate consultant and appraiser since the early 1980’s, Byrne started Links Real Estate, Inc. to broker both commercial and residential real estate. In the early 1990’s, Byrne expanded the business by adding Links Construction to the fold, in order to provide construction management services for Links Real Estate clients. In the late 1990’s, with partner Todd Holstlaw, Links Construction was renamed Bedrock Group Construction and then formed Jet-Link Development and Stonecreek Development companies. In addition, Byrne was also the partner/vice president of Midwest Golf Group (1990 - 1995), where he master planned golf communities throughout the United States. Byrne has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Real Estate and Finance from The Ohio State University.

Todd Holstlaw has over 10 years experience in commercial and residential real estate and construction management. Since 1992, Holstlaw has owned and operated Jetwash, Inc., a company that specializes in commercial painting and power washing of commercial buildings and residences. In 1998, Holstlaw partnered with Matt Byrne to form Jet-Link Development and Stonecreek Development, real estate development companies serving Central Ohio, and Bedrock Group Construction, a construction management services company. Holstlaw has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University. |
